Our apartment is located in a quiet suburb of the city Zadar. Well connected to the city center and the beaches throughout the city, it makes an excellent choice for travelers from around the world.
Spend pleasant holidays on our apartment and enjoy your privacy in the large fenced yard with swimming pool, grill area and outdoor seating area.
This comfortable and thoughtfully decorated apartment consists of a living room which opens up to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
The dining room and the living room have access to a furnished balcony with a view of the city.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The first and the second bedroom are equipped with queen sized beds and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a single bed.
There is also a bathroom with a washing machine and an extra, separate toilet.
The guests have access to a shared terrace with a grill located in the garden.
There is also a parking space on the premises.
A fully equipped space extends to 130 m2.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
The city of Zadar has a vast and rich heritage, most of which dates back to the Roman Empire.
The Old Town of Zadar was modeled on a typical roman city structure, built around the city square called the Forum and the church of st. Donat.
There are also a couple of famous moder-day monuments like the award winning Sea Organs, or the ‘’Monument to the Sun’’.
The city of Zadar is the cultural center of the region, so there are always numerous manifestations and events for you to enjoy.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity.
National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting.
The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.35km) offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
Not far from the apartment there is a large sports center "Visnjik" (1.2 km) with many activities.

We had a great stay at this apartment which was exactly as advertised. We hired a car to get around, but we often walked into Zadar town which was around 25 mins. The modern apartment was well laid out with everything needed to self-cater including asee more
We had a great stay at this apartment which was exactly as advertised. We hired a car to get around, but we often walked into Zadar town which was around 25 mins. The modern apartment was well laid out with everything needed to self-cater including a washing machine, dishwasher and most other modern appliances. WIFI was good and reliable. Gordana and Ivica (the hosts) occupied the ground floor, so when we had any questions, they were always on hand to help. My only comment would be that if you are travelling in high summer, the apartment only has air conditioning in the lounge/diner/kitchen area, so the bedrooms can be very hot at night. We can't really fault the accommodation at all and should we ever travel back, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Gordana again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Wir blieben 4 Tage. Wunderschöne neue Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei. Wir fühlten uns wie die ersten Mieter. Riesige und sehr bequeme Betten. Herrliche Terrasse. Das Schwimmbad ist auch sehr angenesee more

Die Wohnung ist etwa zehn Minuten vom historischen Zentrum entfernt und direkt daneben befindet sich ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich nett und großzügig. Sie tun alles, um aufmerksam zu sein und sind aufmerksam auf ihre Gäste. Ich bin viel gereist und dies ist der beste Empfang, den ich erhalten habe. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen

Our apartment is extremely spacious and filled with light. It consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa, fireplace and a flat screen TV. It's connected to the dining area with a table for 6, which opens up to a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. The dining area has access to a big balcony with another table for 6 (picture will be inserted soon). There is a spacious hallway leading from the dining area to the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, closet and a work table. The second bedroom is equipped with another double bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, closet and it has its own bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The guests can access the outside grill and terrace.
Anyone from the family is at the guests disposal.
