We were delighted by the attention to detail — a coffee maker, toiletries, a dishwasher… everything is thoughtfully arranged so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about anything. The location is excellent — a quiet neighborhood of Zadar, just a 5-minute walk to the seafront. And most importantly — the Croatian hospitality! People here are incredibly cheerful and kind; they always greet you with a smile, a kind word, and usually something tasty 😊 Mrs. Vera was so lovely and caring — we truly felt like parting with family when we left. We will remember our magical trip to Zadar for a long time and would love to come back here again. |

There is air conditioning in all rooms. There kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils including a coffee machine and a sandwich toaster. Jiosip is very warm person who it is easy to like. This is an ideal base to explore Zadar. There is a supermarket and bakery a short walk away and a local bar about 700 metres away. The aoartment is very clean and modern.

All the furniture was comfortable and the balcony had good views! Location: It’s a 20-25 minute walk to the old city and 10-15 minute walk to the closest beach, so not bad! It was a quiet area and we felt very safe. There’s a market and bakery right next to the place so it was very convenient. There’s also many restaurants that are on the street within a 5-10 minute walk of the place. Hostess: The hostess is a very wonderful and kind lady! Whenever we got to the apartment she showed us how everything worked and was open to being contacted if we had any questions. My friend hurt her foot on the beach and we asked if the Airbnb had bandaids and she peronsally delivered us some! She also gave us many welcoming gifts like juice and coffee pods. She also gave us local recommendatio |

Das Apartment war super sauber. Auf dem Balkon konnte man gut entspannen und hatte einen schönen freien Blick auf die Natur. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir wurden herzlich mit kleinen Drinks willkommen geheißen.

Die Kommunikation mit Josip im Vorfeld war hervorragend: schnell, unkompliziert und äußerst zuvorkommend, insbesondere auch bei unseren geänderten Reisezeiten. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich von Vjera empfangen. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt haben. Da wir mit Kleinkind gereist sind, waren wir besonders dankbar für das bereitgestellte Kinderbett und den Hochstuhl – das hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! |

Es war ein unfassbar schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und konnten uns in der schönen Unterkunft direkt wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es ist 5 Minuten vom Meer weg und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir würden jedes Mal wieder kommen. |

Our apartment is extremely spacious and filled with light. It consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa, fireplace and a flat screen TV. It's connected to the dining area with a table for 6, which opens up to a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. The dining area has access to a big balcony with another table for 6 (picture will be inserted soon). There is a spacious hallway leading from the dining area to the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, closet and a work table. The second bedroom is equipped with another double bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, closet and it has its own bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The guests can access the outside grill and terrace.
Anyone from the family is at the guests disposal.
The city of Zadar has a vast and rich heritage, most of which dates back to the Roman Empire. The Old Town of Zadar was modeled on a typical roman city structure, built around the city square called the Forum and the church of st. Donat. There are also a couple of famous moder-day monuments like the award winning Sea Organs, or the ‘’Monument to the Sun’’. The city of Zadar is the cultural center of the region, so there are always numerous manifestations and events for you to enjoy.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting.
The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.35km) offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
