Both the host and the owners (who live above the apartment) are very friendly, responsive and helpful. We appreciate that they provided an electric fan, a crib, a high chair and extra diaper trash bins for our baby, which are not in the list of the amenities. The owners even offered self-made Croatian sweets, which are incredibly delicious. I would definitely recommend the place.

We will remember staying in this house for a long time, because it felt like we were at home. Everything was so comfortable that there was nothing to complain about. Beaches, city center, shops, etc. ��� everything is nearby if you are driving. You can also call an Uber or order Glovo delivery to this area, but please note that house number 3 is not on the map, but there is 3a, which is located nearby. It is very quiet here. There is an outdoor grill and a terrace in the house where you can enjoy the view of the night sky and see a little bit of the sea. The hosts are incredibly nice people. If you need any assistance, they will help you without any problems, as they live downstairs. I was very impressed that the hosts put out bird feeders; this shows their attitude towards animals!! These are the little things we noticed. There are all the amenities in the house. If you plan to cook yourself - there is absolutely everything for this, including a dishwasher!!! This is very convenient and saves energy anOur entire family of 5 recommends that you stay in this house if you are from 3 to 5-6 people. Thank you for such a vacation!

We had access to a car and it was good as the accommodation is not quite close to the old town and the beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed Zadar and recommend both the accommodation and destinations.

This is a wonderful flat and the hosts are helpful and welcoming. There are a few stairs (up and then down again) but not many. The flat is spacious, plenty of hanging space, it was *spotlessly* clean and it has an excellent shower. Internet access wsee more
This is a wonderful flat and the hosts are helpful and welcoming. There are a few stairs (up and then down again) but not many. The flat is spacious, plenty of hanging space, it was *spotlessly* clean and it has an excellent shower. Internet access was okay (a little intermittent at times but hey - adjust, you're on holiday). Location is quiet, close to shops and a short walk into town (ask your hosts to show you the shortcut to Lidl, then just head straight downhill from there and you'll come in to the marina area opposite the old town). In terms of stuff to do - the public transport is great and very cheap (avoid taxis where possible, they'll sting you). Get a bus to Nin for the day (very pretty and nice beach). Also enjoyed Museum of Illusions and exploring old town; make sure to visit the water flutes (you can also swim here - the sea is beautifully clean). Still loads of stuff we didn't get to see (like the waterfalls) so would love to come back here again some day, though I wouldn't bother with the boat trips again next time... it's a long journey out to the salt lake, a short visit, then a long journey back - if you do go on a boat trip, get there early if you want a seat. Thank you for a really lovely stay, you have a beautiful house and Carla was really helpful and kind.

They were very relaxed about our delay arriving yet met us when we finally did arrive and were very helpful answering all our questions during the check in. The apartment is spacious and modern, including all required kitchen utensils and cookware for those looking to regularly cook at home. The air conditioner and chilled/heated water dispenser were invaluable during our stay and our group of friends agreed the welcoming gift left in the fridge (and the sweets!) were a very nice touch. The balcony with a separate dining table was wonderful and made breakfast all the more enjoyable given the incredible view and shaded location in the morning. The area around the apartment was generally quiet in the day save for some nearly construction works but not loud enough to cause a problem. At night we found the area to be quite peaceful, at all times the neighbours seemed friendly. There's space to park at least one car directly outside the building on a private driveway. To walk in to the old town took around 15-20 minutes on a hot day but Josip assured me that Uber will operate around the area if required. Hiring a car is recommended if you plan to visit other recommended places outside of Zadar city. Krka, Nin, Petrcane, Pag and Lun were lovely places to visit and Biograd beach was the least busy beach we found during our stay. If you plan to eat out in Zadar then I would recommend Bruschetta and 2Ribara as they both had exceptional food and service for the costs.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und somit besteht ausreichend Platz für uns als 4 köpfige Familie. Ein perfekter ruhiger Ort zum entspannen und nicht weit bis in die Innenstadt. Viele verschiedene Strände von sandig und flach ins Wasser gehend oder Ksee more
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und somit besteht ausreichend Platz für uns als 4 köpfige Familie. Ein perfekter ruhiger Ort zum entspannen und nicht weit bis in die Innenstadt. Viele verschiedene Strände von sandig und flach ins Wasser gehend oder Kies/Steine wo es steiler hinein geht sind leicht und schnell zu finden. Ausreichend Ausflugsziele (Krka Nationalpark, Plitvitzer Seen, Nationalpark Kornaten....) sind von Zadar aus gut zu erreichen. Ein Urlaub der sehr zu empfehlen ist und durch die Betreuung (steht bei Fragen, Sorgen und Problemen immer hilfreich zur Seite) von Herr Romfeld sehr gut abgerundet wurde. Danke

Our apartment is located in a quiet suburb of the city Zadar. Affordable and well connected to the city center and the beaches throughout the city, it makes an excellent choice for travelers from around the world..
Our apartment is extremely spacious and filled with light. It consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa, fireplace and a flat screen TV. It's connected to the dining area with a table for 6, which opens up to a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. The dining area has access to a big balcony with another table for 6 (picture will be inserted soon). There is a spacious hallway leading from the dining area to the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, closet and a work table. The second bedroom is equipped with another double bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, closet and it has its own bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The guests can access the outside grill and terrace.
Anyone from the family is at the guests disposal.
The city of Zadar has a vast and rich heritage, most of which dates back to the Roman Empire. The Old Town of Zadar was modeled on a typical roman city structure, built around the city square called the Forum and the church of st. Donat. There are also a couple of famous moder-day monuments like the award winning Sea Organs, or the ‘’Monument to the Sun’’. The city of Zadar is the cultural center of the region, so there are always numerous manifestations and events for you to enjoy.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting.
The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.35km) offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
The guests have a private entrance to the apartment, but the entrance to the house is shared.
