The pool is large, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located — just a short walk to the sea. There are plenty of great cafes and pizzerias nearby, offering lots of delicious local options. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation home. |

Nejlepší ubytování v této cenové kategorii, kde jsme za ta léta ježdění do Chorvatska byli. Vila s bazénem jen pro nás, parkování pro dvě auta přímo před vchodem, blízko k moři, obchodu i restauracím, houpačky pro děti. Nenapadá mě nic, co bych mohla vytknout: dokonalé vybavení i čistota domu, laskaví majitelé bydlící ve vedlejším domě, při příjezdu v lednici víno, mléko, ovoce, zelenina, džus, v kuchyni super vybavení jak přístroji, tak surovinami (různé koření, oleje, octy, cukr, sůl atd.), tablety do pračky i myčky-různé druhy, moskytiéry ve všech oknech, fén, vysavač dyson, šampóny, vše na úklid, prostě všechno…….). Dvě ložnice s pohodlnými postelemi, (v každé televize, velké skříně, žehlicí prkno, žehlička, trezor, župany atd.), skvěle vybavená koupelna a další toaleta, prostorný obývací pokoj spojený s kuchyní a velkou terasou, celkem 4 televize v domě (Netflix a další streamovací služby k dispozici). Bazén hned před terasou, stále čistá voda, 4 polohovací lehátka, slunečníky, nafukovací hračky pro děti do vody. Propagační dárky z Viru na rozloučenou - deštník, notes s propiskou, tričko (tričko s nápisem "I❤️VIR" nosil náš pětiletý vnouček ve druhé části naší dovolené na Pagu-😊). Děkujeme moc milým majitelům a doufáme, že se do Jandra ještě vrátíme.

Our holidays house is located near the village of Lozice, on the island of Vir.
It's surrounded by a picturesque scenery and completely secluded.
It's perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday with a typical mediterranean atmosphere.
The house is extremely spacious and luminous. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large dining area.
The living room is connected to the kitchen and the dining room, and is equipped with a satellite TV.
There are two bathrooms with a washing machine, which is at the guests disposal.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a wardrobe.
The house has its own parking space and a large terrace.
A secluded sandy beach is located not far from the house.
The guests have access to a shared backyard with a childrens playground.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
The village of Lozice is one of the older villages on the island of Vir.
It got its name after all the vineyards ( vine = loza, lozice=small vines) located around the village. It has a typical rural atmosphere of a mediterranean village.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house.
The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping.
This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
Vir itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars together with the neighbouring villages of Privlaka and Nin.
