Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub auf Vir. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Anna Maria ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um Check in/out und steht bei Fragen zur Verfügung.
Das Haus und 2 weitere sind eingezäunt mit Parkplatz und Spielplatz. Es see more
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub auf Vir. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Anna Maria ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um Check in/out und steht bei Fragen zur Verfügung.
Das Haus und 2 weitere sind eingezäunt mit Parkplatz und Spielplatz. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand/Meer was wir besonders praktisch und schön fanden und auch nicht überlaufen war. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Laden war in Fuß nähe. Für größere Einkäufe muss man etwas fahren. Wir können die Unterkunft nur Empfehlen. Danke für alles. |

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Haus auf Vir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Ana-Marija hat toll geklappt und sie war immer erreichbar bei Fragen :-) Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ganz toll. Quasi Alleinlage, weit weg von der Nachbarbebauung. Nsee more
Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Haus auf Vir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Ana-Marija hat toll geklappt und sie war immer erreichbar bei Fragen :-) Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ganz toll. Quasi Alleinlage, weit weg von der Nachbarbebauung. Nach Westen die wunderschöne Sandstrandbucht und zu den anderen Seiten naturbelassenes Gelände mit schönen Pinienwäldchen. Wir hörten fast ausschliesslich die Zikaden zirpen und bei Wind das Meer rauschen. Die tolle, überdachte Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig zum frühstücken genutzt. Das Haus selbst besticht durch seine klare, hochwertige Einrichtung ohne Schnickschnack. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir zum Leben benötigen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, neuwertig und sauber. Eine Umgebung also, die uns vom trubeligen Alltag toll abschalten ließ. Toll auch der Spielplatz mit Trampolin direkt angrenzend an die Strandbucht. Die Geräte sind allein nur für die Gäste der beiden Ferienhäuser bestimmt :-) Topp! Wir haben schöne Wanderungen über die tolle Insel gemacht. Ebenso waren wir jeden Tag Schwimmen/schnorcheln. Die Sandbucht unweit des Hauses ist super für Kinder, da sie sehr geschützt ist und wirklich sehr flach abfällt. Zum Schnorcheln sind wir vom Haus aus losgewandert und haben tolle Buchten abseits des Trubels gefunden, die sich dazu super eigneten. Auf der Insel bekommt ihr alles, auch sonntags :-) Toll ist auch der Second-Hand-Laden, der sich hinter dem Drogeriemarkt befindet. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge nach Nin und nach Zadar unternommen und sind abends schnell in die Badebucht abgetaucht. Auch das Wandern lohnt sich auf der Insel. Besonders die Wege quer durch die Botanik hoch zu den Aussichtspunkten und dann nach Norden rundrum wieder nach unten waren sehr naturbelassen und schön. Our holidays house is located near the village of Lozice, on the island of Vir.
It's surrounded by a picturesque scenery and completely secluded.
It's perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday with a typical mediterranean atmosphere.
The house is extremely spacious and luminous. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large dining area.
The living room is connected to the kitchen and the dining room, and is equipped with a satellite TV.
There are two bathrooms with a washing machine, which is at the guests disposal.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a wardrobe.
The house has its own parking space and a large terrace.
A secluded sandy beach is located not far from the house.
The guests have access to a shared backyard with a childrens playground.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
The village of Lozice is one of the older villages on the island of Vir.
It got its name after all the vineyards ( vine = loza, lozice=small vines) located around the village. It has a typical rural atmosphere of a mediterranean village.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house.
The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping.
This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
Vir itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars together with the neighbouring villages of Privlaka and Nin.
