Description
Our apartments are located in a beautiful tourist resort of Sabunike, Privlaka. Surrounded with natural sandy beaches up to 4.5 km long, shallow waters and quiet neighbourhood, our apartments are perfect for families with children who wish to relax and enjoy their holiday..
The studio consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a queen sized bed, flat screen Tv with satellite programs and a bathroom.
The guests have access to a parking space.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
Tourist resort Sabunike is an extremely calm and relaxing neighbourhood. Its 4.5 km long sandy beaches provide a perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing, with a steady breeze that brings the cooler air from the mountain range of Velebit. The resort itself has everything a guest could need: grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, gift shops, newsstand, info office, entertainment programme for children etc.
The village of Privlaka itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars, with even wider selection in the neighbouring villages of Vir and Nin.
The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
In front of the house is a sandy beach 4.5 km long.

The apartment was very well equipped, including the kitchen. There were enough towels and bed linen, pillows and blankets. We enjoyed our stay very much, only we were sorry for the short stay of 7 days.

The accommodation was very clean, modern, and was perfect for 2 parents and 2 children (3 and 5 years old). The way to the beach is actually 2 minutes, although it's a steep hill, but even a 3 year old could handle it

Ubytování bylo blízko pláže, bylo čisté dobře vybavené. Majitelka s námi komunikovala dobře. Výhodou je velký prostor terasy, kde jsme si dali vsechny naše nafukovačky pro děti i loďku.
Jen pár drobností bych vypíchla. V den příjezdu jdme přijeli kvsee more

Jen pár drobností bych vypíchla. V den příjezdu jdme přijeli kvůli zácpě na cestě pozdě večer a museli jsme ještě chystat postel pro děti - najít a provlékat peřiny. Asi by nám usnadnilo večer, kdyby už byly nachystané. Pak nás obtěžovaly auta ostatních lidí v domě, přes noc jsme museli mít stále zavřené a zakryté okna, protože ostatní v domě jezdili auty v brzkých ranních hodinách a budilo nás to, jak svícení aut - které parkují u uken, tak i startování a hluk. Minulý rok se nám to nestalo, při příštích pobytech bych radeji volila ubytování v patře. |

Apartma Jakov 1 je odličen, je senčen in skoraj nismo potrebovali klime. Vsekakor priporočam. (Apartment Jakov 1 ist ausgezeichnet, es ist schattig und wir brauchten kaum eine Klimaanlage. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.)

Das Apartment, aus dessen Tür und Fenster man einen fantastischen Blick über die Bucht und den langen Sandstrand hat, ist üppig eingerichtet und lädt zum unkomplizierten Selbstversorgen ein. Sehr schöne [&] saubere Unterkunft mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist über eine Böschung innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Liegen und Schirme mietet man für 80 Kuna pro Tag. Der Strand ist leider mit Zigarettenstummel verschmutzt. Sonst abesee more
Sehr schöne [&] saubere Unterkunft mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist über eine Böschung innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Liegen und Schirme mietet man für 80 Kuna pro Tag. Der Strand ist leider mit Zigarettenstummel verschmutzt. Sonst aber schön, das Wasser sauber. Leider ist die Busstation fast 2km entfernt, und Busse gehen nur sehr selten. Daher waren wir täglich auf das Auto angewiesen da es in der Ortschaft Sabunike selbst nur ein gutes Restaurant gibt, sonst nur Fast Food / Imbisslokale. Daher sind wir immer nach Nin, Vir, Zaton, Petrcane oder Zadar gefahren. Da am Strand relativ viele Leute [&] Kinder waren sind wir mehrmals in das 10km entfernte Kozino gefahren. Dort gibt es die Santorini Lounge mit einem DJ (ab 16h) und gutem Essen. Das Wasser dort ist ein Traum!!! Die Liegen sind gratis, jedoch gibt es keine Schirme. Wir haben uns daher um umgerechnet 18€ einen Schirm gekauft. Ständer gab es vor Ort, das war kein Problem. Noch was zum Apartment: dort gibt es keinen fix zugeteilten Parkplatz man muss sich täglich einen neuen suchen, aber das ist überhaupt kein Problem da man innerhalb von 50m einen findet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und beim Heimfahren ließen wir nach Rücksprache mit der Putzfrau den Schlüssel stecken.

Tourist resort Sabunike is an extremely calm and relaxing neighbourhood. Its 4.5 km long sandy beaches provide a perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing, with a steady breeze that brings the cooler air from the mountain range of Velebit. The resort itself has everything a guest could need: grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, gift shops, newsstand, info office, entertainment programme for children etc.
The village of Privlaka itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars, with even wider selection in the neighbouring villages of Vir and Nin.
The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
In front of the house is a sandy beach 4.5 km long.
