Our apartments are located in a beautiful tourist resort of Sabunike, Privlaka. Surrounded with natural sandy beaches up to 4.5 km long, shallow waters and quiet neighbourhood, our apartments are perfect for families with children who wish to relax and enjoy their holiday..

The guests have access to a parking space.

Tourist resort Sabunike is an extremely calm and relaxing neighbourhood. Its 4.5 km long sandy beaches provide a perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing, with a steady breeze that brings the cooler air from the mountain range of Velebit. The resort itself has everything a guest could need: grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, gift shops, newsstand, info office, entertainment programme for children etc.
The village of Privlaka itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars, with even wider selection in the neighbouring villages of Vir and Nin.
The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
In front of the house is a sandy beach 4.5 km long.

This is not the first time we were in Sabunike/Nin, but it was the first time with the host like Josip. Communication was flawless, we were arranging things on the go if we needed something. Apartment was clean, and you can expect breathtaking view fsee more
This is not the first time we were in Sabunike/Nin, but it was the first time with the host like Josip. Communication was flawless, we were arranging things on the go if we needed something. Apartment was clean, and you can expect breathtaking view from the terrace, but also beautiful sounds of the waves. I was there with two children Wich are two and four years old. The beach, which is 2min walking(because of their small legs and picking up the stones on the way) is a great place for them to enjoy. Water is only to their knees 2m in the water and they can play in the sand while you are enjoying the sun or having a peaceful morning coffee. We really loved the apartment and would recommend it to anyone with children because of its location, beach, sand, nearby playground, and shallow water. But also to people who want to enjoy the view and listen to the waves in the evening.

Close to a hotel with an excellent restaurant, a few meters away a bar, children's cafes, cafes and a children's playground. There is a minimarket, vegetable and fruit market within 10 minutes. The accommodation was arranged pleasantly furnished. We had everything we needed, with beautiful extermination. The communication with Josip was excellent, he did everything for us to be satisfied.

Dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in Sabunike/Nin waren, aber es war das erste Mal mit dem Gastgeber Josip von Dalmatienhaus. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, wir arrangierten Dinge unterwegs, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wohnung war sauber und msee more
Dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in Sabunike/Nin waren, aber es war das erste Mal mit dem Gastgeber Josip von Dalmatienhaus. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, wir arrangierten Dinge unterwegs, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wohnung war sauber und man kann eine atemberaubende Aussicht von der Terrasse erwarten, aber auch wunderschöne Wellengeräusche. Ich war dort mit zwei Kindern, die zwei und vier Jahre alt sind. Der Strand, der 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist (wegen ihrer kleinen Beine und dem Aufnehmen der Steine auf dem Weg), ist ein großartiger Ort für sie. Das Wasser steht nur bis zu den Knien 2m im Wasser und sie können im Sand spielen, während Sie die Sonne genießen oder einen friedlichen Morgenkaffee trinken. Wir haben die Wohnung wirklich geliebt und würden sie jedem mit Kindern wegen der Lage, des Strandes, des Sandes, des nahe gelegenen Spielplatzes und des flachen Wassers empfehlen. Aber auch für Leute, die abends die Aussicht genießen und den Wellen lauschen wollen.

Kleines Appartment mit top Lage und Meerblick. Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend! Klimaanlage funktioniert super, jedoch beschweren sich die Nachbarn, da diese bei ihnen sehr laut ist. Kanal hat die ersten Tage extrem gestunken, ab dem drittensee more
Kleines Appartment mit top Lage und Meerblick. Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend! Klimaanlage funktioniert super, jedoch beschweren sich die Nachbarn, da diese bei ihnen sehr laut ist. Kanal hat die ersten Tage extrem gestunken, ab dem dritten Tag ging es dann eigentlich - ganz weg war der Geruch aber nie. Daher man ja aber eh nur zum Schlafen in die Wohnung kommt halb so schlimm. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall ein toller Aufenthalt, würden wir weiterempfehlen.
