.Apartment Laura 2 is located directly by the sea in Maslenica and offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic. With 42 m² of living space, two bedrooms and room for up to 4 guests, it is ideal for couples, small families or guests looking for a peaceful holiday in a first-row seaside location.

The apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as an open living area with kitchen, dining space and TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Wi-Fi/internet and free parking directly at the house are also available to guests.

A special highlight is the glazed balcony area with wonderful sea view. The balcony structure is used by Apartment 1 and Apartment 2, while Laura 2 has its own balcony furniture and its own area with a pull-out privacy screen. There is also a second balcony with an awning and sea view – ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening overlooking the Adriatic.

Outside, guests can use the garden with sea view and sun loungers. A large built-in barbecue is also available in the courtyard. From the courtyard, two direct access points through the gates lead to the sea. Directly in front of the house, there is a small beach area, perfect for a quick swim or quiet moments by the water.

Shops, a bakery and restaurants are about 400 m away, while the centre of Maslenica is approximately 1.2 km from the apartment. The location is ideal for beach holidays, families and nature lovers. Excursions to Paklenica National Park, the Zrmanja Canyon or the Zadar region are also easy to enjoy from here.

Pets are welcome at Apartment Laura 2. The dog fee is €10 per night and per dog. The combination of a direct seaside location, sea view, balconies, garden area and peaceful surroundings makes this apartment a lovely choice for a relaxing holiday in Dalmatia.

Apartments ‘’Laura’’ are located in Maslenica, a small and quiet place between the mountain range of Velebit, the Adriatic sea and Zrmanja River.
Is perfect place for an idyllic family vacation in untouched nature.

In the house there are 2 apartments on the upper floor and a large one on the ground floor. The apartment is on the upper floor with a fantastic sea view. The sea is only a few steps away.
The tiled apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living room with a pull-out couch, an open kitchen in the living room, a shower room and a covered balcony with sea view and a second balcony with sea view.

The guests have access to the surroundings of the house with a yard and a parking space located in yard.
The guests can access the grill in the garden.
-Air conditioning and the WiFi are available free of charge.
-Parking for your car and parking space for your bikes are also available free of charge.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby.
National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja (10-15km) for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house.
The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca. 17 km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping.
This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
The city of Starigrad (15km) has a rich history dating to the pre-roman era. It was built on the remains of the ancient city of Argyruntum.
Numerous excavation sites tell the stories of the culture that used to live on this area. From various objects from Paleolithic age found in the caves of mount Velebit, to massive city walls and unique tombstones of the Roman era, this city has a lot to offer to both the curious and the adventurous.
The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
The city of Zadar (30km) has a vast and rich heritage, most of which dates back to the Roman Empire.
The Old Town of Zadar was modeled on a typical roman city structure, built around the city square called the Forum and the church of st. Donat.
There are also a couple of famous modern-day monuments like the award winning Sea Organs, or the ‘’Monument to the Sun’’.
The city of Zadar is the cultural center of the region, so there are always numerous manifestations and events for you to enjoy.
