The Laura 1 apartment in Maslenica enjoys an exceptional seafront location, just around 5 metres from a small pebble beach. From the furnished and covered balcony, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea – perfect for a relaxed breakfast in the morning or a peaceful evening overlooking the water.
The approximately 35 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is particularly suitable for couples and small families. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed and integrated kitchen. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes cooking facilities, kitchen utensils, a coffee/tea maker, tableware and wine glasses. Air conditioning in the living area provides additional comfort during the warm summer months.
One of the main highlights is the furnished balcony with direct sea view. Guests can also use the shared outdoor areas of the property. The garden offers seating and sunbathing areas as well as a large built-in barbecue, ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors.
Access to the sea is located almost directly in front of the property. The small pebble beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to go for a swim or spend a relaxing day by the sea whenever you wish.
A parking space is available directly on the property. Pets are also welcome, making Laura 1 a convenient choice for guests travelling to Croatia with their dog.
Shops are located approximately 400 metres away, while the centre of Maslenica is around 1.2 km from the apartment. The location is also ideal for day trips: Paklenica National Park and Velebit Nature Park are around 15 km away, while Zadar Airport is approximately 30 km from the property.

The apartment is in a great location, everything is within easy reach. Nearby are shops, bakery, restaurant and beach bar. The best balcony with direct sea view, right on the beach. The owners are very friendly. I highly recommend.

The accommodation is located in a private villa right on the seashore. In front of the building, there is a small pebble beach with a gentle slope into the water, making it suitable for children, and a pier from which the kids enjoyed jumping into the water. If you're lucky, you'll have the beach almost to yourselves. Just around the bend, there is some light tourist activity, which is reflected in the amenities available in the area. A few minutes' walk along the beach will take you to excellent ice cream and draft beer to go (card payment accepted), a water bouncy castle, pedal boat rentals, and more. Thanks to the privacy on our beach, we were also able to let the dogs we brought with us swim. Outside behind the house, there is an outdoor freshwater shower and a hose, which was great for rinsing us and the dogs off after swimming in the sea.
The accommodation is as described: clean and comfortable, and the well-functioning air conditioning made our stay very pleasant. The terrace with a dining table is an incredible experience; we will miss having dinner just a few meters from the sea :) The view is absolutely amazing, and thanks to the quiet location, you really only hear the sound of the sea. |

This is amazing place for two people, we stayed there 2 adults with almost 2 year old baby and it was quite small for us .. but for two people it is perfect. Location is amazing. Be careful because the balcony is shared so when you don’t like smokingsee more

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous apartment in Maslenica. The apartment is as seen in the pics - it is modern and beautifully finished with a large bedroom, kitchen and lounge area, and a bathroom. There is a private balcony along the side of the apartment with side sea view, and a shared balcony (with partition) along the front with idyllic views over the sea, which is just a few metres away. In addition, there is a large, well-presented garden with a dining table, oven, sun loungers (enough for all) and hammock, which is shared with the other two apartments. The town of Maslenica was perfect for us, with a few bars and restaurants along the front, a boat hire company, water sports rental, and a pebbly beach all the way along. There are no hotels in the town, just apartments, so the place has a really nice buzzy feel without being overcrowded or tacky at all. In terms of the location, you would be best hiring a car if you want to enjoy the local area - we visited Zadar for a day, Ugljan island, Krka and Plitvice National Parks, and there are lots of other activities you can do in the area too such as the nearby mountain range. All in all a 10/10 stay, we couldn't have asked for more and this is the nicest apartment we have stayed in :) Thank you Josip, Alenka and Mile!

Ich empfinde dieses wunderschöne Haus direkt am Meer als den perfekten Urlaubsplatz. Ich war mit meinem Labrador Mischling da und kann nur schwermen. Super tolle Spazierwege direkt am Meer entlang. Mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten zum genießen und auch vielen Mülleimern um die Kakabeutel schnell los zu werden. Ich war im Mai und Ende September. Es war kaum was los, man konnte absolut entspannt stundenlang spazieren. Absolut empfehlenswert. Komme mit Sicherheit wieder.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer privaten Villa direkt am Ufer des Meeres. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich ein kleiner Kiesstrand mit allmählichem Zugang zum für Kinder geeigneten Wasser und mit einem Pier, von dem aus die Kinder gerne ins Wasser see more
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer privaten Villa direkt am Ufer des Meeres. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich ein kleiner Kiesstrand mit allmählichem Zugang zum für Kinder geeigneten Wasser und mit einem Pier, von dem aus die Kinder gerne ins Wasser springen. Wenn du Glück hast, bist du alleine am Strand. Ein leichter Touristenverkehr beginnt gleich um die Kurve, was sich auch in den Annehmlichkeiten des Ortes widerspiegelt. Ein paar Gehminuten entlang des Strandes kannst du zu Fuß zu einem tollen Eis und einem Rübebier mit dir gehen (du kannst mit einer Karte bezahlen), einem Wassersprungschloss, Tretbootverleih usw. Dank der Privatsphäre an unserem Strand war es möglich, die Hunde, die wir bei uns hatten, zu lassen. Draußen hinter dem Haus gibt es eine Süßwasserdusche und einen Schlauch im Freien, was großartig war, um uns und die Hunde nach dem Schwimmen im Meer zu spülen. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, saubere, einladende, funktionale Klimaanlage machte unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Terrasse mit dem Esstisch ist ein unglaubliches Erlebnis, wir werden das Abendessen nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt vermissen:) Die Aussicht ist absolut erstaunlich und dank der ruhigen Lage hört man wirklich nur den Plansch des Meeres.

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden und die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön und auch sauber. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt

Alenka und Ihr Mann sind ganz nette Vermieter, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet man hat das Wasser direkt vor der Nase , Super Markt und Bäcker in nächster Nähe auch Bars und Hafen in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick und Terrasse habensee more
Alenka und Ihr Mann sind ganz nette Vermieter, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet man hat das Wasser direkt vor der Nase , Super Markt und Bäcker in nächster Nähe auch Bars und Hafen in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick und Terrasse haben täglich zum entspannen eingeladen, der Garten sehr hübsch die Kinder haben sich wohlgefühlt auch das man Grillen konnte wie man wollte, einfach TOP das Wasser super sauber auch alles sehr säuberlich da , Müll wurde aller zwei Tage abgeholt , ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht und kommen bestimmt wieder

The apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as an open living area with kitchen, dining space and TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Wi-Fi/internet and free parking directly at the house are also available to guests.
A special highlight is the glazed balcony area with wonderful sea view. The balcony structure is used by Apartment 1 and Apartment 2, while Laura 2 has its own balcony furniture and its own area with a pull-out privacy screen. There is also a second balcony with an awning and sea view – ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening overlooking the Adriatic.
Outside, guests can use the garden with sea view and sun loungers. A large built-in barbecue is also available in the courtyard. From the courtyard, two direct access points through the gates lead to the sea. Directly in front of the house, there is a small beach area, perfect for a quick swim or quiet moments by the water.
Shops, a bakery and restaurants are about 400 m away, while the centre of Maslenica is approximately 1.2 km from the apartment. The location is ideal for beach holidays, families and nature lovers. Excursions to Paklenica National Park, the Zrmanja Canyon or the Zadar region are also easy to enjoy from here.
Pets are welcome at Apartment Laura 2. The dog fee is €10 per night and per dog. The combination of a direct seaside location, sea view, balconies, garden area and peaceful surroundings makes this apartment a lovely choice for a relaxing holiday in Dalmatia. -
