Die Lage ist sehr gut. Toller Ausblick von der Dachterasse.
Man kommt überall schnell hin. Supermarkt in 3-4 Minuten.
Die Ausstattung der Villa Angelina ist absolut perfekt.
Wahnsinnig tolle Betten, toller Pool.

The newly and modernly furnished villa offers approx. 115 m² of comfortable living space for families and friends. Three bedrooms with comfortable king-size box spring beds, individual air conditioning and Smart TVs provide relaxing nights. One bedroom has direct access to the terrace with the built-in pool. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa set, which can be used as an additional sleeping option if required, a modern wood-burning fireplace, a stylish dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and a wine cooler. From the living area and the kitchen, large windows offer lovely views of the sea.
The villa has two modern bathrooms. Both are equipped with walk-in showers, toilets and washbasins, and one bathroom also has a bathtub. For extra comfort, the villa offers air conditioning in all important living and sleeping areas, fast Starlink internet, Smart TVs, a washing machine, a dryer and mosquito screens on all windows.
The outdoor area is the special highlight of the villa. On the spacious terrace with private pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and lounge corner, you can enjoy sea views from almost every part of the terrace. Under the shaded pergola there is an outdoor dining area, right next to a large stone barbecue in Dalmatian style – perfect for relaxed summer evenings with family or friends. Parking spaces are available both in the enclosed courtyard and in front of the house.
The location in Vrsi is ideal for a varied seaside holiday. The long pebble beach is just a few steps from the house; in summer, there is also a water inflatable playground for children nearby. A sandy beach can be reached in approx. 500 m, while another quieter sandy beach is about 2 km away. The surrounding area offers forest paths, walking trails and cycling routes for active days in nature. Restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy walking distance of approx. 100 m. The royal town of Nin with its well-known family-friendly sandy beach is about 15 minutes away by car, while Zadar and the island of Vir are each around 20 km away.
