Welcome to Villa Lovelos, an exceptional retreat surrounded by the idyllic countryside of Lovinac. Set at an altitude of approximately 600 metres and surrounded by mountains, green forests and a private estate of around 20,000 m², the villa offers peace, privacy and a welcome escape from everyday life.

Built entirely from spruce wood, this distinctive holiday home combines a warm, natural atmosphere with modern luxury and a high level of comfort. With 145 m² of living space, the villa accommodates up to eight guests and is ideal for families, couples travelling together and nature lovers.

Living and relaxation

The spacious, light-filled living area with integrated kitchen features warm wooden elements, soft colours and tasteful furnishings. Large windows create an open and inviting atmosphere while offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for convenient self-catering. The open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of space for shared meals and relaxing evenings together.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Lovelos has three tastefully furnished bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes.

In one of the bedrooms, an additional single sleeping space can be pulled out from the bed base on each side of the double bed. Both additional beds are fitted with their own slatted base and mattress. This bedroom can therefore accommodate up to four guests.

The villa offers sleeping accommodation for a maximum of eight people.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. In total, the villa features three modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and high-quality fittings.

Private wellness area

One of the highlights of Villa Lovelos is its private wellness area, featuring a Finnish sauna and a whirlpool with views of the outdoors.

After an active day in nature, this is the perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge.

Heated infinity pool

In front of the villa, you will find a heated infinity pool measuring approximately 45 m² and featuring an elegant overflow edge.

The pool is available seasonally from 1 May until 1 November.

Sun loungers around the pool provide the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Thanks to the peaceful location and the surrounding natural landscape, guests can enjoy a particularly private and tranquil atmosphere.

Terrace and outdoor area

The open-plan living area leads directly onto the covered terrace. Here, a large rustic oak dining table provides seating for up to eight guests and is ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings outdoors.

A comfortable lounge area is available beneath a shaded pergola.

There is also a traditional stone barbecue where guests can prepare meat, fish, vegetables and other local specialities.

The extensive grounds offer plenty of space for outdoor activities. Guests can play football or badminton, practise yoga in the peaceful surroundings or relax with a book in the hammock.

A play and climbing house is available for children.

Nature and activities

The area surrounding Villa Lovelos is ideal for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. A hiking trail begins almost directly beside the property, while two mountain-bike trails are also located nearby.
