Casa Profonda is a modern new-build holiday home with a private pool, sea view from the terrace and a pleasantly quiet location in Vrsi.
This single-storey family home offers approx. 135 m² of living space and is set on a private plot of approx. 600 m². The open-plan living area is bright and comfortable, featuring a cosy seating area, Smart TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, a modern dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. Large terrace access connects the indoor living space directly with the outdoor area and creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The house offers three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, while the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. All three bedrooms have their own air conditioning, Smart TV and direct access to the terrace with pool and garden furniture. There is also an additional separate bathroom with WC and washing machine.
The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing holiday days with family or friends. The private pool measures approx. 8 x 4 m and is surrounded by sun loungers, garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. A barbecue is also available. A spacious pergola of approx. 6 x 4 m is currently being completed and is expected to provide additional shade and comfort in the outdoor area from 01/07/2026. Two private parking spaces are available on the property.
The location in Vrsi is quiet yet convenient: the centre, pebble beach, supermarket, restaurant and a small fish market are all within approx. 1 km. Vrsi is known for its relaxed atmosphere, family-friendly beaches and smaller coves along the coastline. The house is located in a calm and noise free neighborhood of a small, rural village of Vrsi. The beach and the stores are located nearby. The beach is pebbly and children friendly.
There is one larger city in the vicinity (Zadar) with a vast heritage, ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity.
National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting.
The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.35km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
