Es ist ein unfassbar schönes Haus, in dem wirklich nichts fehlt. Die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht, es ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Ideal für bis zu vier Personen.

Es ist ein unfassbar schönes Haus, in dem wirklich nichts fehlt. Die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht, es ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Ideal für bis zu vier Personen.
Der Strand ist in etwa 10 Gehminuten erreichbar, was die Lage zusätzlich attraktiv macht. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool, in dem man sich wunderbar austoben, aber durch die ruhige Umgebung auch perfekt entspannen kann. Das absolute Highlight ist die Outdoor-Küche. Sie macht es möglich, den ganzen Tag draußen zu verbringen, ohne ständig ins Haus gehen zu müssen, einfach perfekt, um die Zeit in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einem wirklich großartigen Haus! |

The finished living area is located on the ground floor and offers approx. 65 m² of comfortable living space, ideal for families, couples or small groups.
The open-plan living area is air-conditioned and combines the living room, dining area and kitchen in a pleasant and practical way. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the living area, guests can enjoy a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV and a PlayStation game console.
The holiday home offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, Smart TV and a workspace. The second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and a workspace. The bathroom includes a washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
From the living area, guests have direct access to the approx. 30 m² terrace with heated pool. This outdoor area offers sun loungers, a pergola with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue station and a table football game – perfect for relaxing holiday days outside. In addition, there is a covered furnished terrace on the ground floor with sea view. Guests may also use the furnished balcony on the upper floor, which also offers a beautiful view of the sea.
Holiday Home Kala is a very attractive choice for guests looking for a modern holiday home with private pool, sea view and excellent amenities in a quiet location in Maslenica.
Note: The fully finished and rented living area is located on the ground floor. The upper floor is not finished as living space and is not part of the accommodation; however, the furnished balcony on the upper floor may be used by guests.
