This place was unreal . As a family of 10 , 8 children ranging from 18-8 , the space was perfect . We arrived to a platter of food , drinks and fresh watermelon , we had breakfast left for us one day and the pool was cleaned mid week the pool perfectsee more

Very high spec home , spotlessly clean . Location is very quiet and peaceful . You will need a car. 25 - 30 mins drive to zadar . Vicki was always on the other end of the phone for help and checking in . We all had an amazing stay . 10/10 |

We were two families consisting of 10 people, ( the youngest being 10 yrs old) who stayed for a week in this amazing property. The property is approx 25 mins from Zadar airport in a peaceful & quiet village. The views of the mountains from the property are stunning. The house itself is very equipped with attention to detail in the furnishings including very comfortable beds. The use of two kitchens was fantastic when cooking for ten people. The upstairs attic games/TV room was a hit with the children and somewhere for them to have some downtime. But the jewel in the crown to this property is the large outside pool. A salt water pool, not chlorinated, was so much healthier , no stinging eyes. We explored the local area and some stunning clear blue beaches. We have had a fantastic holiday in a lovely country in a stunning villa that was clean and comfortable with a generous host. Would definitely recommend.
The property may benefit from shading to the pool area. Some parasols would be nice. |

Wir waren zwei Familien bestehend aus 10 Personen, ( die jüngste waren 10 Jahre alt) die eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft waren. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 25 min vom Flughafen Zadar entfernt in einem ruhigen [&] ruhigen Dorf. Die Aussicht auf die Berge von der Unterkunft aus ist atemberaubend. Das Haus selbst ist sehr mit Liebe zum Detail in der Ausstattung ausgestattet, auch mit sehr bequemen Betten. Die Benutzung von zwei Küchen war fantastisch beim Kochen für 10 Personen. Das obere Dachgeschossspielzimmer/Fernsehzimmer war der Hit mit den Kindern und irgendwo, damit sie etwas Downtime haben. Aber das Kleinod in der Krone zu dieser Unterkunft ist der große Aussenpool. Ein Salzwasserpool, nicht gechlort, war so gesünder, keine stinckenden Augen. Wir haben die Umgebung und einige atemberaubende klare blaue Strände erkundet. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Land in einer atemberaubenden Villa, die sauber und gemütlich mit einem großzügigen Gastgeber war. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft kann von einer Beschattung zum Poolbereich profitieren. Ein paar Sonnenschirme wären schön.

Sehr schönes Wohnzimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung in der Küche.Der Esstisch war auch riesig und sogar mit Blick auf den Pool und Garten. Das Spielhaus im Obergeschoss erstreckte sich über das gesammte Haus und der riesige Pool der beheizt wurde lies keine Wünsche offen. Auch ein Highlight war das Grillhaus im Garten und sogar dieses hatte ein eigenes Duschbad. Wie wir erfahren haben ist dieses Jahr der Preis als Eröffnungsangebot gemacht worden weil Erstvermietung. Wir empfehlen das Haus einstimmig - mann bekommt sehr viel für sein Geld.
