The stay was AMAZING! It's definitely as advertised with the view and all the accommodations. There is a little convenience store right at the front of the building as well for grabbing toiletries and snacks which was great. Ms.Thea and her son were also super sweet and personable as well. The walk to the old city took a bit of time (~20min). Driving in is easy as well with the parking being 12kn/hrs (<$1.50/hr) but the lot closes at 10,30pm so you don't end up being able to stay long. You can find street parking but on the weekends it's PACKED. All in all it was a great trip to Zadar and the apartment was a wonderful place to come home to at the end of the night :).

The place is very good, tidy and clean, everyone gets 2 towels, we were greeted with wine and 4 beers. It has 2 air conditioners (but 1 remote for both ACs), wi-fi code written on a post-it, has a smart TV (with basic TV channels). A beautiful terrace with a ktrip, with a beautiful view of the sea, with a beautiful sunset, the terrace is in the shade in the morning and in the evening. A garage with its own parking space is available, so the car is always in the shade and safe (with the key goes remote for the garage lift door). The accommodation is sufficient for 4 people. The location can be better in terms of distance from the city center, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk, and there are a lot of taxis, uber, bolt, at low prices. Sound insulation is good, the neighborhood is quiet. The building is modern and has a large elevator. Right on the ground floor of the building is a smaller shop that has most of the necessities, and Lidl is not far away.
The couch bed was not too comfortable. In the kitchen the outlet is in an awkward place, a recommendation for owners to put a longer extension cord, but it's not too much of a problem. There's no dishwasher, but there are sponges and detergent. There is no iron, although it is listed, but everything else on the list is there. We recommend this accommodation. |

Grundsätzlich ganz ok. Geworben wurde damit das eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Vorab habe ich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen, ob eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist, auch dies wurde bestätigt, aber auch das war see more

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar: Der Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus ist den Preis der Unterkunft bereits wert. Obwohl das historische Zentrum in 20 bis 25 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, führt der Weg dorthin bergab und man kann geradeaus weitergehen: Es ist sehr einfach, dorthin zu gelangen, ohne sich zu verlaufen. Wir hatten eine sehr, sehr gute Zeit!

La vista dalla finestra e dal balcone sono impagabili: il tramonto visto dal terrazzo vale già il prezzo dell’alloggio. Seppur a 20/25 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, la strada per arrivarci è in discesa e da percorrere tutta dritta: molto facile arrivarci senza perdersi. Siamo stati molto, molto bene! |

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits, lässt aber Ruhe und Frieden zu. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die private Tiefgarage. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was noch machbar ist. Der Besitzer war hilfsbereit und stellte uns die Küchengeräte zur Verfügung, die wir brauchten. Dank ihr.)

Wir waren für 4 Tage Kurztripp nach Zadar. Das appartment war genauso wie auf den Bildern,absolut neuwertig und sauber. Appartment ist in der 4 Etage aber der Lift ist super. Vom Balkon hat man schönen Blick auf Zadar und das Meer. Josip oder Anna von Dalmatienhaus waren immer erreichbar und hatten tolle Tips für uns.Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne an alle weiter.
