Josip and Liljana were really great hosts. They welcomed us very kindly! The house was very clean and new. You can easily take (cheap) ubers to the old town (5-10 minutes). I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

The apartment was even better than on the pictures, it was above all our expectations, very clean, modern and comfortable. It was located at about a 20 minute walk from the old town of Zadar. Our host, Lili, was just awesome, welcoming and very friensee more

L'appartamento è nuovo, e molto silenzioso. Pulito in maniera impeccabile, c'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare e passare le vacanze a Zara. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nel cortile della casa. Se tornerò a Zara ritornerei qui. Davvero molto consigliato!! |

Wir haben im 'Haus Jerbic' im April 2022 eine sehr entspannte Woche verlebt und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen: es ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Doppelbett hat eine qualitativ sehr gute, durchgehende Matratze; das Schlafzimmer lässt sich komplett verdunkeln (die anderen Räume bei Bedarf auch) und die Fenster haben auch eine gute schallisolierende Funktion (die Straße ist nahe dran, aber nur sehr Empfindliche dürften sich daran stören). Das für jedermann zugängliche Sportzentrum (Außenanlagen: Sportzeug mitbringen, lohnt sich!) ist direkt gegenüber, und in die Altstadt sind es auch kaum mehr als 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Erwähnt werden muss vor allem, dass das nebenan wohnende Gastgeberpaar absolut sympathische und hilfsbereite Leute sind - in so einer Umgebung konnten wir uns einfach nur wohl fühlen! Last, but not least, darf nicht vergessen werden, dass Josip Romfeld ein liebenswürdiger und verlässlicher Organisator ist, der mit seinem perfekten Deutsch alle Fragen klären konnte und uns in allen Belangen entscheidend weitergeholfen hat!! Vypadá přesně tak jako na fotkách (je to krásný, nový, čistý a moderně vybavený apartmán) Velmi milím překvapením byl zásobená lednice která obsahovala základní věci na první den jako například (cola,pivo,minerálka a džus) Také na první snídani paštiky a pomazánky a pro děti Nesquik atd.. Nedaleko je velký sportovní areál volně dostupný pro veřejnost (vhodný pro náruživé sportovce kteří si ani na dovolené nedají pokoj;) ) Do starého města se v klidu dostanete pěšky do 10 minut. Toto ubytování mohu jen a pouze doporučit :)
