Our comfortable apartment is located in a quiet and small resort of Vrsi. With beautiful surroundings and even prettier beaches, this apartment is excellent for both families and groups of people who wish to relax and enjoy their holiday.
The apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, glasses, cutlery, stove, microwave, kettle…) and it opens up to a dining area and the living area. The living area is equipped with a sofa and an armchair, both of which can be extended into beds. It has access to a furnished balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed.
Towels and wi-fi included in the price.
The guests have access to a washing machine and the garden, with a grill and a table and benches and also a couple of hammocks.
The owners live on the premises, so there is always at least one person at the guests’ disposal, should they need them.
There is one larger city in the vicinity (Zadar) with a vast heritage, ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting.
The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.35km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
Vrsi itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars, with even wider selection in the neighboring villages of Vir, Nin and Privlaka.
There is a bus station nearby with frequent bus lines leading to Zadar.

Several times, Mrs. Eva gave us gifts just out of kindness — fresh vegetables and fruits from her own garden, as well as traditional homemade dishes.
The children could safely play in the garden, where there were plenty of activities for them. We didn’t use the barbecue, but having it available was definitely a great bonus. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. The nearby beaches are clean and beautiful, and you can even find untouched, wild ones. But what we will remember most are the hosts, because they created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The best decision this year, and we were so lucky to pick this flat! We have stayed there for 10 days. There are several sand beaches within 10-20 minutes by car, fairly comfortable every day. The flat was just perfect for us, a family of three (with an 8 year old boy)! It is well equipped (I just missed an oven, but would not have time to bake anyway :) ), clean and quiet. The hosts (Antonia and the family) were the sweetest, they treated us with fresh vegetables from their garden and home-made cakes, but in the same time they offered us total privacy. We'll definitely go back soon! Dear Josip, we had a great time living in the flat and also spending the time in Vrsi and surroundings. The hosts were so amazing, kind and generous and their flat is very nice for a family of 3, maybe 4. We'll definitely go back soon. Thank you for your help and fast communication! Wir haben uns hier wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeberin hat sich herzlich um uns gekümmert. Sie und ihre Familie sind unglaublich freundlich und warmherzig.
Ivas Mutter hat uns frisches Gemüse aus ihrem eigenen Garten geschenkt. Am nächsten Tag überraschte uns ihre Mutter mit einem köstlichen Apfelkuchen in einer Art Strudelform. Dadurch fühlte sich unser Urlaub an, als würden wir unsere eigenen Eltern besuchen. Die Wohnung liegt außerdem ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Wenn man andere Strände entdecken möchte, sind diese mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell und bequem erreichbar. So kann man jeden Tag einen anderen Strand besuchen. Supermärkte befinden sich zudem in fußläufiger Entfernung. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Iva, ihren Bruder und besonders an ihre liebe Mutter für das frische Gemüse und den unglaublich leckeren Apfelkuchen. Wir werden diesen Urlaub in bester Erinnerung behalten und kommen sehr gerne wieder. |

The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.35km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
Vrsi itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars, with even wider selection in the neighboring villages of Vir, Nin and Privlaka.
