Apartments Paradiso are located on the island of Vir.
If you are looking for comfortable accommodation directly by the beach with sea view, our apartments are perfect for you.
With a beach at the palm of your hand and a restaurant in the complex, they are perfect for people who wish to relax and enjoy their holiday.
The apartment consist of a combined living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery and has two circuits for cooking, while the living and the dining area are equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite programs. The bedroom is equipped with queen-sized bed and has access to a furnished balcony.
The guests have access to a private parking space, a pool and the restaurant located in the complex.
Guests have access to the laundry room. (at extra charge)
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
There is one larger city in the vicinity (Zadar) with a vast heritage, ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting.
The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.55km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from the city center, or from the nearby city of Zadar.
Vir itself offers a wide selection of events, nightclubs and bars together with the neighboring villages of Privlaka and Nin.
The island has its own taxi service. The nearest bus station is around 700 m away. The bus lines are frequent; an hour difference between the lines.

We offer you pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, "a la carte" dishes, a variety of specialties and desserts.

Insgesamt war es ganz ok. Was uns gestört hat: - Ich denke wir haben für das Appartement über check 24 zuviel bezahlt - Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle - Bei 9 Tagen Aufenthalt gab es keine einzige Reinigung

Sehr sauberes und schönes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt Einkaufsstraßen mit Restaurants, Geschäften, Cocktailbars und Eisdielen. Das Meer liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, typisch für Kroatien mit Kiesstrand bzw asphaltiertem "Strand" mit mehreren Einstiegsmöglichkeiten. Auch Wassersport/Fun-Möglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Das Restaurant direkt unter der Unterkunft bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre bei sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen für alle Reisende die einen entspannten Urlaub als Selbstversorger planen!

„Die Lage auf Vir ist wirklich genial, zu Fuß kann man direkt ins Stadtzentrum spazieren. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Lokal war sehr gut! Das Meer vor der Haustür wirklich super angenehm, man kann sehr weit reinlaufen, teilweise trifft man auf Sandstrsee more

Das Meer vor der Haustür wirklich super angenehm, man kann sehr weit reinlaufen, teilweise trifft man auf Sandstrand. Kleiner Tip: Nehmt Sonnenschirme mit, auf dem Balkon wird es ab Mittag ziemlich heiß, ohne Sonnenschirm kaum auszuhalten. Ansonsten alles TOP!!!“

Personal sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit, Arpatement trift die Beschreibung auf den Punkt, Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr gute Betreuung duch das DalmatienHaus. Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, vom Balkon hat man eine grandiose Aussicht. Leider gibt es einige Makel die auf dem zweiten Blick zu sehen sind. Die zwei Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon sind 1. zu wenig und 2. waren beide kaputt. Die Kaffeekanne wasee more
Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, vom Balkon hat man eine grandiose Aussicht. Leider gibt es einige Makel die auf dem zweiten Blick zu sehen sind. Die zwei Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon sind 1. zu wenig und 2. waren beide kaputt. Die Kaffeekanne war ebenfalls beschädigt. Beim Einzug war nicht gründlich gesaugt. Ich musste erstmal noch fegen. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch der alte Filter drin vom Vorgänger. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich. 4 Teller für 4 Personen...es dürften ein paar mehr sein. Die Toilette war auch nicht gut geputzt. Es gab keinen Abwaschlappen und kein Geschirrhandtuch. Wären diese Dinge nicht, wären wir rundum zufrieden gewesen.
