If you are looking for comfortable accommodation directly by the beach with sea view, our apartments are perfect for you.
With a beach at the palm of your hand and a restaurant in the complex, they are perfect for people who wish to relax and enjoy their holiday.
The apartment consist of a combined living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery and has two circuits for cooking, while the living and the dining area are equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite programs.
The bedroom is equipped with queen-sized bed and has access to a furnished balcony with sea view.
The guests have access to a private parking space, a pool and the restaurant located in the complex.
Guests have access to the laundry room. (at extra charge)
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
There is one larger city in the vicinity (Zadar) with a vast heritage, ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting.
The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.55km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping.
You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica.
The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from the city center, or from the nearby city of Zadar.
Vir itself offers a wide selection of events, nightclubs and bars together with the neighboring villages of Privlaka and Nin.
The island has its own taxi service. The nearest bus station is around 700 m away.
The bus lines are frequent; an hour difference between the lines.

We offer you pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, "a la carte" dishes, a variety of specialties and desserts.

klimatisierter Raum , sauber und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit . Privatparkplätze gibt es auch für die Bewohner . Privatpool war top . Leider kann man die Balkontür durch eine Fehlkonstruktion nicht von außen öffnen und wenn man sich dann aussperrt see more

Die Bettmatratze war für meinen Geschmack zu dünn und hart aber das muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Sonst freundliches Personal und der Service war auch gut.

War viel besser, als ich erwartet habe. Die Schlüssel haben wir an der Reception vom Paradiso Restaurant bekommen. Im Restaurant sind Tolle Mitarbeiter!!! Die erfüllen alle wünsche von die Gästen. Im Apartment haben wir gemütlicher 2 Balkonen gehabt,see more

Im Apartment haben wir gemütlicher 2 Balkonen gehabt, was sehr praktisch war. Einen mit direktem Ausblick zum Meer und den anderen seitlich wo haben wir immer unsere Sachen vom Strand trocknen lassen. Im Apartment war genug Platz und das beste war die Klimaanlage. Zum Strand mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühlen war das ca. 7 min. und kostet das 100 KN pro Tag (€15,00) .
