Marina No.2 in Rovanjska is a bright and comfortable first-floor apartment with a beautiful sea view and approx. 70 m² of living space. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples or small groups and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
The apartment features two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, one of which offers a lovely view of the sea. The open living area combines a cosy sofa corner, which can be used as an additional sleeping option for one extra guest if needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar with dining space. A shower bathroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi provide additional comfort.
A special highlight is the spacious balcony with pergola, lounge furniture and sea view. It is the perfect place to start the day in a relaxed atmosphere or enjoy a quiet evening with a glass of wine. Behind the house, guests can use a large built-in barbecue, and two parking spaces are also available.
The apartment is located in the quiet coastal village of Rovanjska, only around 400 m from the beach. A bakery, supermarket and restaurant are approx. 350 m away. The location is ideal for relaxing beach days, trips to Paklenica National Park, hiking in the Velebit mountains and day trips to Zadar or Starigrad Paklenica.
Dogs are welcome at Marina No.2. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed, and they must be registered at the time of booking. The dog fee is €10 per night and per dog.

The house itself was pristine, absolutely spotless furniture and bedrooms. So full of light and big windows. Probably the best airbnb we have ever had. The facilities were as described, two huge comfy beds, great corner sofa, lovely kitchen, wonderful terrace and a yard for a car (a little steep, be mindful nervous drivers!) The only thing we missed was a toaster and maybe few more metal trays for oven as we had pizza / chips few nights. AC is in the living room only, so bedrooms get quite toasty in the Croatian summer heat, sleeping was not easy. The village of Rovanskja is a little quiet but has everything you need - supermarkets, restaurants, beach is about 10mins walk (steep walk down / back up, stony shore, bring beach shoes) We had an absolutely amazing Croatian holiday, thank you! |

Alles war genauso wie beschrieben und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre – man merkt, dass die Wohnung mit viel Sorgfalt und Herz eingerichtet wurde.
Auch die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, herzlich und unkompliziert. Unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und die gesamte Organisation sowie die An- und Abreise verliefen absolut reibungslos. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Unterkunft und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen, können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt und von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen. |

Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt. Man hat wirklich sofort auf unsere Fragen reagiert wenn wir Fragen hatten und sie waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr schön . Das Bad tatsächlich sehr klein und nicht perfekt aber für eine Woche völlig in Ordnung . Wir durften heute etwas länger bleiben da wir einen späten Flug haben das war sehr sehr nett . Wir würden es defintiv weiterempfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen

Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Aussicht. Sie ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Besonders der Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer mit den Bergen im Hintergrund ist atemberaubend und jeden Abend aufs Neue ein unvergesslicher Anblick. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos. Das einzige was man vielleicht bemängeln könnte ist die Dusche. Die ist für große Menschen recht klein, aber auch das funktioniert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten dort einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Eine schöne gut eingerichtete Küche hatte alles Nötige gehabt. Das Bad hatte ebenfalls alles was man so braucht. Anzumerken ist jedoch, dass die Duschkabine unten undicht war und eine Pfütze sich beim Duschen auf dem Boden sammelte und in den Abfluss auf dem Boden floss.
Von der Wohnung es ist nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Zur Bäckerei sind es 10 min zu Fuß, und diese ist auch sehr zu empfehlen - es wird täglich mehrmals frisch gebacken. Es sind nicht so viele Restaurants in der Gegend, und zum größeren Supermarkt fährt man ca. 10 min. Es gibt aber 2 kleinere Läden in fußläufiger Entfernung. Dafür ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und nicht touristisch überfüllt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. |

Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit 2 Personen 2Hunde genutzt, das Bett war von der Größe ausreichend, die Terrasse/Balkon ist schön groß und für mittelgroße (höhe ca40cm 8 kg) Hunde Ausbruch sicher, das Türchen ist abschließbar . Achtung Die Wohnung unten ist an der Treppe offen. Im Schlafzimmer ist es schön kühl gewesen. Das zweite Zimmer haben wir als Abstellraum und Ankleideraum genutzt. Was super war es gab schon ein paar Artikel zum benutzen im Ferienhaus zb Toilettenpapier, Seife,Spüli, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchenrolle und ein paar Getränke Milch, Saft, Wasser und Bier:-) dafür DANKESCHÖN. Es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig :-) Ca 600m ist ein Hunde Strand. Hinter dem Restaurant Malaga ganz hinten am Strand.

Das wahrscheinlich beste Airbnb, das wir je hatten. Die Einrichtungen waren wie beschrieben, zwei riesige bequeme Betten, ein tolles Ecksofa, eine schöne Küche, eine wunderbare Terrasse und ein Hof für ein Auto (ein wenig steil, seien Sie achtsame nervöse Fahrer!) Das Einzige, was wir verpasst haben, war ein Toaster und vielleicht ein paar weitere Metallschalen für den Backofen, da wir ein paar Nächte Pizza / Chips hatten. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Wohnzimmer, sodass die Schlafzimmer in der kroatischen Sommerhitze ziemlich warm werden. Das Schlafen war nicht einfach. Das Dorf Rovanskja ist ein wenig ruhig, hat aber alles, was du brauchst - Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strand sind etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt (steiler Spaziergang hinunter / wieder nach oben, steinige Küste, Strandschuhe mitbringen) Wir hatten einen absolut erstaunlichen kroatischen Urlaub, vielen Dank!

La baie est magnifique avec couché de soleil tous les soirs depuis la terrasse de l’appartement et son salon d’extérieure. Depuis l’appartement on rejoint Zadar, Paklenica, Plitvice, Sibenik et son parc de Krka très facilement ce qui permet de rayonner sur une bonne partie nord de la Croatie. Supérette et restaurants à proximité. Concernant les équipements il y a tout ce qu’il faut !!
